MY GOLF BLUEPRINT

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 November 2026. This policy explains the information used when you read My Golf Blueprint, use its tools, leave comments or create an optional account. Contact: [email protected].

Reading pages and technical logs

Hosting and security systems may record IP addresses, request times, browser information, requested pages and error details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We use this information for operation and security, not as a public golfer profile. Technical-log retention depends on the hosting and security configuration; request further details at the contact address.

Accounts and comments

Registration uses a username, email address and securely handled password. WordPress stores account information and sends password setup or recovery messages. We use account data to provide the services you request. A display name and approved comment text are public; email addresses and training backups are not displayed publicly. Avoid personal or sensitive information in a comment.

Practice data on your device

Golf Bag, rounds, scorecard, saved lessons, completed lessons, drills and plans use your browser’s local storage. These entries are not sent to the site merely because you use a tool. Shared-device users can see local data. Your Golf Notebook lets you export or clear this device’s golf data. Browser clearing also removes it. A light/dark preference may be stored separately.

Optional account backups

When signed in, you may explicitly save this device’s training data to your account. Loading the account copy does not overwrite local data until you choose to use it. Account backups remain until replaced, deleted through the notebook, or removed with your account. Your notebook includes an export action and a separate delete-training-data action. Deleting training data does not itself delete your account or comments.

Cookies and authentication

WordPress uses cookies for sign-in and security. Remember Me is selected initially and can be unchecked before signing in; session duration remains subject to WordPress and the site’s security controls. These functions support the account service. Browser settings can block storage, but doing so may prevent sign-in or saving progress.

Cloudflare and spam protection

Where Cloudflare delivers or protects the site, it processes connection and security information such as IP addresses, browser details and traffic signals. If a Cloudflare Turnstile challenge appears on a form, information is sent to Cloudflare to assess the request and the site verifies the response before accepting the form. The exact security features depend on the active site configuration.

YouTube videos

Video preview images are served with the page. The embedded YouTube player connects only after you select Play and uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embedding domain. Playback still sends information such as your IP address and browser details to Google/YouTube and may involve storage or additional requests. You may instead use the clearly marked external YouTube link.

Google privacy policy

Google AdSense and analytics

Google AdSense advertisements and audience analytics are not active in this launch edition. If advertising or analytics is introduced, this policy and the required consent controls must be updated before activation. AdSense can involve cookies, identifiers and information shared with Google and advertising partners; simply naming AdSense here does not activate it or provide consent.

How Google uses information for advertising

Feedback and email

Feedback and error-report links open your own email application. Nothing is sent by selecting a link alone. Email content and replies are used to handle your request and retained as needed for that purpose. Please avoid unnecessary personal information.

Your choices and requests

You can use the main educational tools without an account. You can export or clear local practice data and delete an account training backup from the notebook. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of account information or comments, or to exercise applicable privacy rights. Ownership verification may be required. Backups or security records may remain for a limited operational period after deletion. You may also raise concerns with your relevant data-protection authority.

Service providers and international processing

Hosting, security, email delivery and selected external services may process information in other countries. Applicable contractual and legal safeguards depend on those services and the site’s operational arrangements. We do not sell training entries or publish account backups.

Changes

We will update this page when the site’s data handling changes. The date at the top identifies the current text. For questions about the operator, providers, retention or a particular request, contact [email protected].
