What helps

  • Quote the specific sentence or name the tool field.
  • Explain the issue and provide an authoritative source when available.
  • For a calculation error, include sample inputs without personal account details.
  • For playback problems, include browser and device information.

How corrections are handled

We compare the report with the relevant source or reproduce the tool behavior. Confirmed factual errors are corrected on the affected page. Substantive revisions should include an updated check date or correction note. A difference in coaching preference may call for added context rather than declaring one method universally correct.
